Dr. Ekici received his bachelor’s degree from Gazi University Civil Engineering in 2011 and MSc degree from the University of Birmingham (UK) Railway Systems Engineering and Integration department in 2013. He started his professional career in Turkish State Railways (TCDD) in 2014 as a civil engineer, MSc and continues in the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkish Republic since 2016. Besides his work, he completed second bachelor’s course in Anadolu University Business Management and second master’s in Gazi University Civil Engineering (Structure). Dr. Ekici received his PhD degree from Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering (Transportation) in 2022.
