Tom Ghijsels has been part of Brussels Taxation since 2014. As a staff member to the Director-General, he supports strategic projects within the Brussels fiscal administration. Notably, he was the Project Manager for the external testing phase of SmartMove, an innovative road pricing initiative designed to reduce congestion in the Brussels Region.
