Transportation Engineer with experience as a consultant in the areas of sustainable mobility, road traffic, circulation, demand, and parking projects. Participated in the MIT Portugal Transportation Systems Doctoral Programme. From May 2018 to November 2023, served at the second-largest road concessionaire in Portugal, being involved in several traffic, mobility, change management, digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability projects. Currently working as an Advisor at the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Mobility.
