 Sarah has worked for Transport Infrastructure Ireland for over 12 years and has been a member of the tolling team for the last 7 years. She worked on Dublin’s M50 eFlow operation before moving to her current role as Tolling Programme Delivery Manager, which has a strategic focus on the future of road user charging in Ireland. She has a strong track record in customer experience with particular emphasis on customer facing communications and processes. Sarah also sits on the judging panel for the Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards.
