FM Conway Limited had an annual revenue of €690m (£580m) in 2024 and specialises in roadworks, civil engineering, asphalt and binders’ production.

The company also operates a range of specialist businesses (water and drainage management, lighting, cabling and traffic management).

The completion of the transaction is subject to any necessary regulatory approvals and is expected early 2025.

Vinci Construction hope that the integration of FM Conway will strengthen its position in the south-east England market.
