User-financed transportation dominates Road User Charging Conference 2025 agenda as first sponsors are confirmed
The preliminary programme for Road User Charging Conference 2025 has been announced at the same time as two world-leading commercial organisations have been confirmed as official partners of the event.

The world-leading event, which is now in its 22nd year, will take place on 04-05 March 2025 at the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s hotel in Brussels, Belgium and welcome 200 international practitioners specialising in user-financed transportation, including tolling, pricing and road-usage charging.

The diverse two-day agenda, which can be viewed in full here, features an incredible 28 sessions spanning some 15 hours of exclusive case-study presentations and technology updates, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

Call for speakers
Are you an expert in tolling, pricing and road-usage charging? Road User Charging Conference 2025 is now accepting presentation abstracts from governments, policymakers, transport authorities, toll road operators and concessionaires, as well as private-sector professionals and other industry stakeholders on the following topics:
