Neology secures five-year contract to support Minnesota express lanes

The agreement will see Neology’s TOMS and PSquare divisions implement an integrated suite of services, including a next-generation back-office system, data migration, customer communication across multiple channels, in-person service, invoicing, and payment processing.
The solution will incorporate the Amazon Connect telephony platform and feature conversational AI for improved self-service via phone and chat, aiming to deliver a more streamlined and efficient customer experience for MnDOT users.

Neology said the transition from the previous provider will be seamless, with the project designed to enhance operational performance and ensure continuity of service for toll users.
