Neology secures five-year contract to support Minnesota express lanes
Neology has been awarded a five-year contract worth US$9m by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to deliver back-office system and customer service support across 91 miles of highway express lanes in the Minneapolis–St Paul metropolitan area.

The agreement will see Neology’s TOMS and PSquare divisions implement an integrated suite of services, including a next-generation back-office system, data migration, customer communication across multiple channels, in-person service, invoicing, and payment processing.

The solution will incorporate the Amazon Connect telephony platform and feature conversational AI for improved self-service via phone and chat, aiming to deliver a more streamlined and efficient customer experience for MnDOT users.

“We are thrilled to partner with the Minnesota Department of Transportation to implement Neology’s advanced neoBOSS back-office system integrated with Amazon Connect,” said Rowdy Kemnitz, senior vice president and general manager of Neology TOMS.

“Together, we are committed to delivering a seamless, scalable, and innovative solution that enhances efficiency and meets the evolving needs of both the department and its customers.”

Neology said the transition from the previous provider will be seamless, with the project designed to enhance operational performance and ensure continuity of service for toll users.
