Kapsch TrafficCom reports strong financial performance for 2023/24
The company achieved an operating profit (EBIT) of €70.3m, up from €5.2m the previous year, driven by a settlement agreement in Germany resulting in a cash inflow of €109m.

Financial Highlights
- Revenues: €538.8m, slightly down from €553.4m
- Net result: €23.2m, reversing a loss of €24.8m
- Order intake: €734m, a 53% increase
- Order backlog: €1.4bn, up 15%
Key project advancements include extending the tolling system operation in Gauteng, South Africa, and securing new contracts in tolling services and connected vehicle technology. The company also undertook a financing restructuring and capital increase, improving its financial position.
Free cash flow rose to €106m from €3m the previous year, with net debt decreasing to €106m from €186m. Kapsch TrafficCom said it expects revenue growth and further EBIT improvements for 2024/25, with a continued focus on sustainability and innovation in transportation solutions.
